JCCP & Me is a safe space for users looking for reliable information on beauty treatments and practitioners. Over the years there has been an issue of non-surgical procedures performed in the UK. 

 

In this project, I have been tasked to redesign the JCCP website for users to smoothly access information on treatments and best practitioners near them.

Research

Below is my research process of JCCP. Brainstorming and understanding the client, researching competitors and competitor analysis. Detailed search of popular beauty treatments JCCP offers and Master plan research. Also includes the users research of personas and user flow.
