The Brief, Building a platform for property listings in Nigeria. We had noticed the lack in reliable Property Listings which had become an issue within the country, so we have decided to take the initiative and build a reliable system.
The Design We are hoping to assist those who are struggling to find suitable listings due to the high population and low volume of property listing services.

Creating a platform for Terrell Davies to create easy access and connections for the user who are looking to sell, buy or rent properties in Nigeria.
Who are we solving for?
Users: Tenants - Working, 20+, Property Owners,
Estate agent companies
Admins - Website moderators
Why are we trying to solve this problem?
To create a platform that is easy for all users e.g. real estates, property owners and tenants to gain access and connect through the platform making it easy to sell or buy properties. Lack of website house listings in Nigeria.
